Hon.
Bernard K. Membe (MP), Minister for Foreign Affairs and International
Co-operation shares a good laugh with Ambassador Ibrahim Mukiibi, High
Commissioner of the Republic of Uganda in the United Republic of
Tanzania. Ambassador Mukiibi, who has ended his tour of service, paid
a courtesy visit to say goodbye to the Minister in his office today in
Dar es Salaam.
