The Construction of
the 10-storey Utalii House, the building in the middle of blocks D and E, is in
full swing. The construction of the Utalii House is funded by the World Bank
and is expected to be completed latest by June
2013. The building is an effort by the university to respond to the need for
more space from students and entire university.
