Hon.
Bernard K. Membe (MP), Minister for Foreign Affairs and International
Co-operation, greets his counterpart-Ministers from the Republic of
Namibia, the Republic of Mozambique and South Africa prior to the
commencement of the Ministerial-level Meeting of the SADC's Political, Defence and Security Affairs Summit (the Troika summit). The Meeting took place yesterday in Hyatt Regency - Kilimanjaro Hotel in Dar es Salaam.

Executive Secretary of the Southern African Development Cooperation
(SADC). The two-days Troika Summit will discuss political developments
in Madagascar, security in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
and general elections in Zimbabwe scheduled to take place later this
year.
